The School Attacker in Istanbul Was Announced as a Student

Following the knife attack at a school in Istanbul, Istanbul Governor Davut Gül made important statements regarding the identity of the attacker. Governor Gül announced that the person who carried out the stabbing was a female student who lived in the neighborhood where the attack took place and was studying at a different school.

Stating that the attacker was wearing a school uniform when he committed the attack, Davut Gül stated that the person lived very close to the school. The governor emphasized that the attacker entered the school building with his clothes on and stabbed the children indiscriminately.
