Responding to a question posed by a follower about the job security of municipal employees, the Brigade emphasized that the situation of the employees would not change.

Cemil Tugay, who responded to the question “Will the workers be laid off when the AK Party is switched to?” on social media, stated that they have not taken any negative steps towards the employees so far. Stating that no one who fulfills his duty within the municipality will be fired, the Brigade stated that they will continue to protect the rights of employees.
