Russian UAV Attacked Turkish Civilian Ship: Captain Died

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy announced that two Russian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) attacked a Turkish-flagged civilian ship. As a result of the attack, the captain on the ship lost his life.

This incident, which increases the effects of war on civilian maritime traffic, has a critical dimension for international maritime security. After the attack originating from Russia, the security of civilian ships in the region began to be discussed again.
