According to the data announced by TÜİK, the rent increase rate for October was determined as 31.49%. This rate will constitute the legal upper limit for rent increases in the new period.
Rent increases are calculated based on the CPI average of the last 12 months. The new determined rate will play a critical role in contract renewal processes between both landlords and tenants.
