Successful goalkeeper Mile Svilar, who is wearing a Roman jersey, cannot wear the jersey of any country at the moment due to the crisis he has experienced regarding the choice of national team. The process came to a deadlock when the young player, who chose the Serbian National Team with the advice of his father Ratko Svilar, wanted to choose Belgium after a friendly match with Qatar.
The FIFA rules and the severance of the Serbian National Team’s ties with the player made it impossible for Svilar to move to Belgium. As a result of this unfortunate process, the successful goalkeeper has been left without a national team for the time being.
