MHK Announces Super League and 1st League Referee Appointments

The Central Referee Board (MHK) shared with the public the technical criteria by which the new term referee appointments were determined. According to the statement, Super League referee appointments were made in the light of Anthony Taylor’s technical evaluations, while 1st League appointments were made in line with Alan Snoddy’s opinions.

Aiming to achieve international standards in the appointment processes, the board aims to professionalize the process by including the analyzes of foreign experts in the decision-making mechanism. With this new method, it is aimed to base referee selections in the leagues on a more technical and objective basis.
