Critical Infrastructure and Peace Offer from Zelensky to Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has made a strategic proposal amid ongoing conflicts with Russia. Zelensky stated that if Russia stops its attacks on civilian settlements and children in Ukraine, Ukraine can also stop its operations against Russia’s diesel infrastructure.

Describing this approach as a “fair agreement”, Zelensky offered a mutual cease-and-desist proposal. This statement by the Ukrainian leader is considered as a diplomatic move that could increase the tension in the energy and logistics aspects of the war.
