AK Party Presents a Bill for Liquidated Funds

The AK Party is preparing to submit its 10-article bill, prepared to protect the rights of investors in liquidated funds, to the Parliament in the coming days. Within the scope of the regulation, it is aimed to make principal and inflation difference payments to approximately 350,000 investors whose investments are below 1,000,000 TL.

While the payments are planned to be started gradually in October, the assets in the funds can be sold in the process. In addition, interim payments of up to 1,000,000 TL per fund to be offset against the final payment to investors who have reached an agreement with the CMB are among the envisaged items.
