Shocking detail in the knife attack in Esenyurt: Posts praising the criminal and detention of the mother

16-year-old A.Ç., who injured two classmates with a knife in Esenyurt. Blood-chilling details emerged in the investigation carried out against him. During the investigation, it was determined that the suspect shared posts on social media praising the perpetrators of various school attacks in the past.

Büyükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office stated that the suspect was previously tried for the crime of “praising the crime and the criminal” after praising the attackers in Siverek, Kahramanmaraş, Eskişehir and even in Ukraine and Russia. In addition, M.Ç., the mother of the suspect, who is considered to have been negligent in the incident. A detention order was also issued for him.
