A critical stage has been reached in the comprehensive investigation launched after the disaster in Soma in which 5 miners lost their lives. The court decided to arrest 9 suspects, including the general manager of the business, and send them to prison.
In the judicial process initiated after the accident to reveal the chain of negligence, the level of responsibility of the arrested persons in the incident is being examined. Within the scope of the investigation, the judicial process continues in line with technical reports and witness statements.
