Tracking Chip Allegation for Workers at Astor Energy Factory

It has been claimed that workers in the factory belonging to Feridun Geçgel, the owner of Astor Enerji, which is mentioned with allegations of fund fraud, are employed with a tracking chip attached to their necks. Factory workers described this practice as a serious violation of rights and claimed that they were fitted with devices like “collars”.

This working conditions complaint, combined with the fund theft investigations in which the company was previously involved, attracted great public reaction. The legal dimension of these claims regarding workers’ labor rights and the response of official authorities are eagerly awaited.
