World Record Holder National Swimmer Island Zehra Narrator on Her Way to University

Ada Zehra Narrator, a national swimmer with Down syndrome, crowns her outstanding achievements in her sports career with academic life. The 19-year-old successful athlete fulfilled her university dream by settling in Başkent University Public Relations and Promotion Program with a 50 percent scholarship.

The Narrator, who started swimming at the age of 9 and wore the national jersey at the age of 12, is greatly appreciated in the sports world with 37 gold medals won in Turkish championships and world records. In order for the young athlete to continue his education life without any problems, his family also moves from Sakarya to Ankara and continues to support him in this important process.
