Serial Bomb Reports to Public Institutions in Bulgaria

Across Bulgaria, simultaneous bomb warnings were made against public institutions, courthouses and educational facilities in many cities, especially the capital Sofia. After the reports, security forces quickly took action, and those working in the targeted buildings were evacuated for precautionary purposes.

Bulgarian police and related units are conducting detailed security scans and search studies on the reported buildings. After the incident, security measures in the region were maximized, and a large-scale investigation was initiated to determine the source of the reports.
