The historical match between the Argentine National Team and Benin at the Monumental Stadium in Buenos Aires had a great impact in the football world. The 85 thousand 18 tickets offered for sale for the last match of legendary football player Lionel Messi in the national jersey were completely sold out in just 4 minutes.
While there were disruptions in payment systems due to high demand, it was announced that a special “Farewell Jersey” with gold details was designed by Adidas for the farewell night. In addition to the special choreographies and concerts to be held during the match, an official thank you award will be presented to Messi at the ceremony in which Antonela Roccuzzo and his family will be present in the stands.
